Third-Party Service Providers

Charles Schwab. Integrity may recommend that clients establish brokerage and custodial accounts with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. (“Schwab”), an unaffiliated registered broker-dealer and member SIPC. Schwab provides custody, brokerage, trading, technology, and other support services to independent registered investment advisers. Integrity is independently owned and operated and is not owned, controlled, supervised, or employed by Schwab. Integrity’s use of Schwab does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of Integrity by Schwab.

Integrity may receive economic or operational benefits from its relationship with Schwab, including access to technology, research, trading and custody services, educational resources, practice-management assistance, and other products or services. These benefits may create an incentive for Integrity to recommend that clients maintain assets with Schwab. Additional information regarding Integrity’s custodial arrangements and related conflicts of interest is available in Integrity’s Form ADV Part 2A.

Investment Managers and Fund Providers. Integrity may recommend investment products or strategies offered or managed by third-party investment managers and fund sponsors, including Dimensional Fund Advisors (“Dimensional”) and other firms referenced elsewhere on this website or in Integrity’s videos or other educational materials. Integrity evaluates such investments as part of its investment-selection process, but the availability or use of a particular manager, fund family, model, or strategy does not imply that the manager endorses Integrity or that Integrity endorses every product offered by that manager.

References to particular investment managers, fund families, custodians, or other service providers are for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees regarding investment performance, service quality, suitability, or future availability. Integrity may add, remove, or change service providers, investment managers, custodians, or investment products over time.

Certain relationships with custodians, service providers, affiliated entities, referral sources, or other third parties may provide Integrity or its personnel with economic or other benefits and may create actual or potential conflicts of interest. Material conflicts associated with these relationships are disclosed in Integrity’s Form ADV Part 2A and other applicable disclosure documents.

Focus Partners. Integrity Investment Advisors’ back-office, custodial, referral, and other business relationships, including relationships with Focus Financial/Focus Partners-affiliated resources, may create financial or other incentives or conflicts of interest. Additional information concerning material conflicts is provided in Integrity’s Form ADV Part 2A Firm Brochure (see information above). References to particular investment managers or fund families, including Dimensional, Avantis, AQR, iShares, Vanguard, and J.P. Morgan, do not imply their endorsement of Integrity and do not mean that any particular investment will be recommended to or suitable for a client.

Privacy Policy

Integrity Investment Advisors is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of personal information entrusted to us. We collect, use and disclose personal information in connection with providing advisory services and operating our business, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information. Please review our current Privacy Policy HERE for additional information regarding the information we collect, circumstances in which information may be disclosed, our privacy and security practices, and any rights available under applicable law.

365 Tax Strategy. Integrity Investment Advisors is affiliated with 365 Tax Strategy, a provider of tax-related services. Certain Integrity personnel are also employed by or otherwise associated with 365 Tax Strategy, and the firms may have mutual clients. This relationship may create financial or other incentives when Integrity personnel discuss or recommend tax-related services. Clients are not required to engage 365 Tax Strategy. Additional information concerning Integrity’s affiliated business relationships and related conflicts is provided in Integrity’s Form ADV Part 2A.

Videos

Our videos are for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute personalized investment, tax, legal, or estate planning advice, and nothing contained in them should be relied upon as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, implement any particular investment strategy, or to engage Integrity Investment Advisors. Viewers should consider their individual circumstances and consult appropriate financial, tax, and legal professionals before making investment or financial decisions.

Financial Professionals and Standards of Conduct. Integrity Investment Advisors is a fee-only Registered Investment Adviser and a fiduciary to its clients under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Other registered investment advisers also owe fiduciary duties to their advisory clients. References in our videos to broker-dealers, investment advisers, insurance professionals, and other financial professionals are intended to describe general differences among business models and should not be understood as applying to every firm or professional. Broker-dealers are subject to Regulation Best Interest when making securities recommendations to retail customers, and some financial professionals may act in multiple capacities or may be subject to additional fiduciary or other legal obligations depending upon the circumstances. Investors should evaluate the particular services, compensation arrangements, conflicts of interest, qualifications, and legal obligations applicable to any financial professional they are considering.

Fees and Industry Comparisons. Advisory fees vary by account size and services provided. Fee ranges referenced in our videos are illustrative and may not reflect the fee applicable to a particular account. Integrity’s current fee schedule and additional information concerning its services and conflicts of interest are disclosed in our Form ADV Part 2A, available upon request or at www.adviserinfo.sec.gov/.

References to other firms’ fees, ownership structure, business practices, profit margins, investment approaches, or other characteristics are based on publicly available information and industry sources believed to be reliable as of the date of filming but have not been independently verified by Integrity Investment Advisors. Actual practices and circumstances vary by firm and may change over time. Other firms’ actual fees, ownership, and margins vary and may differ materially from what is described here; viewers should confirm current terms directly with any firm they are evaluating. These comparisons are not comprehensive and do not represent all financial professionals, advisory firms, or business models in the marketplace.

Terms such as “top-tier,” “best-in-class,” “great,” “high-quality,” and similar qualitative descriptions reflect general assessments or opinions and should not be interpreted as third-party ratings or rankings, guarantees of superiority, or guarantees of investment results or client outcomes. No single characteristic, including fees, investment approach, registration status, firm size, or ownership structure, determines the quality or suitability of a financial professional or advisory firm.

Investment Risks. All investment strategies involve risk, including the potential loss of principal, and there is no guarantee that any strategy described in our videos — including indexing, factor-based investing, alternative investments, long/short direct indexing, or SMAs — will be profitable, achieve its objective, outperform another strategy or benchmark, or be suitable for any particular investor.

Alternative investments in particular may be illiquid, more complex, less transparent, subject to higher fees or expenses, use leverage, and carry risks that differ from traditional stock and bond portfolios.

Direct indexing and SMA strategies involve tracking error relative to a benchmark, active management or model risk, greater portfolio turnover, transaction costs, concentration risks, and other limitations. They are not guaranteed to improve diversification, investment performance, or tax outcomes.

Long/short strategies involve additional risks associated with short selling. Short positions may generate losses as the price of the security increases, and losses on a short position can exceed the amount initially invested. These strategies may also involve borrowing or financing costs, margin requirements, leverage, short squeezes, increased portfolio turnover, and greater complexity and volatility. Long/short strategies may materially underperform long-only strategies or relevant benchmarks and are not appropriate for every investor.

Tax Considerations. Integrity Investment Advisors does not provide tax or legal advice. Discussions of Roth conversions, tax-loss harvesting, direct indexing, concentrated position transitions, and other tax management strategies are for illustrative purposes only. Tax outcomes depend on each individual’s circumstances, holdings, transactions, and current tax law. Tax-loss harvesting and similar strategies do not guarantee tax savings or a reduction in overall tax liability. Available losses may be limited, wash-sale rules or other tax provisions may affect anticipated benefits, and transactions undertaken to diversify or reposition a portfolio may result in taxable gains. A strategy designed to improve tax efficiency may also produce investment results that differ from or underperform an otherwise comparable portfolio. Investors should consult a qualified tax professional concerning their particular circumstances.

Second Opinion Reviews. The second opinion review is provided at no cost and creates no obligation to become a client. The report (typically 10–20 pages) is based solely on the information the viewer chooses to provide and is not a substitute for a comprehensive financial plan.

Other Relationships. Integrity Investment Advisors’ back-office, custodial, referral, and other business relationships (including its relationship with Focus Financial/Focus Partners-affiliated resources) may create incentives or conflicts of interest that differ from a viewer’s individual interests. Additional information concerning material conflicts is provided in Integrity’s Form ADV. References to particular investment managers or fund families, including Dimensional, Avantis, AQR, iShares, Vanguard, J.P. Morgan, do not imply their endorsement of Integrity and do not mean that any particular investment will be recommended to or suitable for a client.

No statement in any Integrity video should be construed as a guarantee of future performance, tax savings, or investment results. Any experiences described are general and not representative of any individual client’s actual results.
